What the refund page says

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies if you do not receive your product.
If you are not satisfied with your sketch, you are offered free revisions.
Completed sketches and readings are described as non-refundable.

Requesting a refund through ClickBank

Select Get Support, then Request refund.
